Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Returns must be authorized in advance. Any returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. FERTAN LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment.

Refunds apply to the product price only, minus the restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges.
